I got an A-. A lot of busy work though with the e-portfolio stuff, hw, and study for exams. As long as you do all this you should be fine.

This class is essential to completing your foreign language department. That being said, if you can find a way around taking it, do. The course provided a broad but shallow overview of most important topics in the Spanish Language, but was filled to the brim with busy work. The nightly Supersite assignments were badly structured and sometimes did not even correlate with what we were learning in the class. The Cultural E-Portfolio section was equally meaningless. None of the students that I have talked to got anything remotely approaching redeeming out of that semester-long assignment. The professor was good, but it was clear that it was one of her first times teaching a course, she will improve with time.
