Since the homework load for Spanish is pretty standard, I can't say much about that but Maria is so understanding when it comes to deadlines and gives you leeway once or twice if you miss the online homework (she'll reopen the homework if you ask nicely). She's also a super chill grader so I didn't have to worry about the quality of my projects that much and got like high A's on all of them. All she really cares about is whether you are trying to learn the language.
