Prof Patel is easily one of the coolest professors I've had at UVA. The format of her class (no exams) allows you to learn so much about Bollywood and films in general. Really interesting course.

Excellent class, I'd recommend it to anyone that wants an easy A while learning much about Bollywood.

Professor Patel is a baller, she always comes in with tons of energy and is honestly the most intelligent professor I have encountered at UVA. I highly recommend this class if you are interested in learning about film analysis or want to gain exposure to Indian film/culture.

This is a great class. Geeta Patel is great! The only bummer is that you don't watch the movies in class. She is really chill and you definitely want to take this class as a 4th year. No tests and just some busy work. An easy A for sure.
