i was skeptical to take this class because there were only reviews for the other professor . Easy way to complete your religion requirement rather than having to take new testament etc ... you’re supposed to watch Buddhist films every week ( about 2 films per week) and write a page single spaced. the assignment is not exactly about the film it’s just about technical stuff like lighting, props etc. This class is an easy A but could get pretty boring at times. i didn’t go that much and Lopes is a very nice lady. i got an A++++ :) the only A+ i’ve seen at uva thus far. the final project is about 5 min and is really not that bad if you’ve been doing your assignments all year . no test , no quizzes , no major major essay
