This course is fun and interesting, but critically, it avoids really deeply explaining the material. This is in part due to the fact that the math required is fairly complicated, and to cover the physics and the math in a single course would be unreasonable. That said, Baessler is a good professor who does a solid job making things interesting. Homeworks are hard but manageable, particularly if you work with a group (which is recommended).
