The labs themselves are easy, but you will spend many hours writing lab reports.

This class is very laid back and can be fun at times. At the beginning of the semester, you choose 5 experiment to complete from a list of about 13 (although one is required). The (four) lab reports vary in length, but most of them average to about 9-10 pages. The one notable exception is the aforementioned "required" lab, whose report can reach upward of 30 pages. You also conduct a presentation in lieu of a lab report for one experiment. Ostensibly, there are six lab-hours per week, but I found that my partner and I only needed four hours.

4 reports and a presentation. Hess and Isin are fantastic. Can resubmit modified reports at the end to improve your grades. this is a very good lab for undergraduates, the experiments are detailed but fairly easy to perform and the reports are around 3000 words.
