Take this class for an easy A and a truly basic but thorough understanding of music! You honestly only have to try a little bit in this class and you will be fine. Heather is honestly, so kind, gentle, and forgiving. I forgot to turn in a lot of stuff and she always gave me extensions or let me turn them in late. She is really understanding. She will always help you understand concepts. The midterm, quizzes, and final are really easy and you do a lot of review. Take this class!!!

Heather is a gem. She's by far one of the best professors I've ever had, despite being just a graduate student. I don't know if she'll be teaching the class again but if she does you NEED to take this class if it makes sense for your schedule

Heather makes the class really fun, she is very enthusiastic and understanding to the undergrad struggle. She really works hard to make sure everyone understands the material and makes herself extremely available for outside of class help.
