I would recommend this class to anyone sincerely interested in learning the basics of music theory. John is an enthusiastic TA who strives to expose students to new genres of music and is very helpful outside of class with HW questions and assistance. You will really enjoy this class if you are truly interested in music and not taking it for an easy gut corse.
