Loved this class and would take another class with Professor Borrione!! She is very sweet and understanding, especially when it's exam weeks or people are tired after a long day/week. The only work is really watching one movie a week and writing a snippet about a shot from the movie. You watch the movie to discuss in class on Tuesday, and there is usually 1 reading a week connected to the movie to discuss on Thursday. However, you can get by and just skim or not read at all. Try to participate at least once a day (she doesn't ask too hard of questions). There are no exams! There's only a few projects that aren't too hard as long as you follow the instructions and try. I did most of the projects the night before. It's a low stress class, but you do have to attend class.

This course was great! It did not feel like TOO much work and Professor Borrione is very nice and understanding. I'm also not a media studies major, so I definitely recommend this course to anyone.
