This course is heavy on the reading and there are short blog posts every other week. It was nice not really having to write big papers but the blog posts did kinda get old fast. Pretty easy everything taken into consideration. Cavalcante is sassy and fun but he literally did not care AT ALL about learning our names in a really small class. I sat next to him at Grit Coffee and he literally had no idea who I was. #tcf2016

Sounds/seems a lot cooler than it is; half the time you are discussing the history of gays/lesbians in terms of their writing/political organizations. I thought it would be much more "current" (and it is) but some of the readings are VERY dry. I also felt like Andre didn't care about us individually- he never learned any of our names... Nonetheless, he is hilarious and keeps the classroom entertained with his jokes/sarcasm... #tcf2016
