Ben Hayes is a great lecturer, but goes VERY fast. He would confidently and clearly explain all of the concepts he covered in the class and was quite passionate about math. He would also make funny remarks and had a good sense of humor. His homeworks were tough and took a while to get through. Tests were take-home and pretty much just like homeworks except no collaboration.
