BEST professor I have ever met. Prof. Ershov gives clear lectures and provides detailed online notes for every topic he has discussed. He makes you understand anything that you feel stuck on both in class and during office hours. Besides, he offers detailed feedback on every homework, even in bonus question part. I was very afraid of this course at the beginning of this semester, for I had no previous experience with proof-basic mathematics and almost could not do anything in the assessment test(assigned before the start of the semester and will not be counted in final grade). Now I feel the best decision I have made in this semester is choosing Prof. Ershov's 3354. If he teaches this course in the future, please take it with him.

I wish my theoretical Computer Science classes (302, 432) were as well taught as Ershov's 354.
