I definitely recommend this class if you want a nice boost to your GPA. The class consists of 2 midterms (each worth 25%), the final worth 30%, and four reflections worth a total of 20%. There was no real homework besides the reflections and the tests were very easy as long as you looked over the PowerPoints and did the study guides that were given. The added bonus in this class was that the final could replace the overall exam section of the grade and be worth 80%, while the 4 reflections make up the rest of the grade which gives you a cushion in case you do no perform too well on one of the midterms. Dave Edwards was an awesome professor and really made the class enjoyable.

There is no homeowrk- and I strongly recommend this class if you are interested in health related things. It is super easy, but also just important to be reminded of the scientific reasonings for why healthy behavior is required. Strongly recommend to take before you graduate and enter "the real world" so you can take this knowledge with you. #tcf2016
