Loved this class! It was a CR/NC class where the grade is 80% participation and 20% final exam (where you do a series of aikido techniques), so you don't have to worry about your grade. You also don't need any prior martial arts experience. Sabine is supportive and truly cares about helping students learn. It was a fun, easy class and a great way to get some exercise each week.
