This is a Self Defense course option offered by Michael Redwine to Hereford residents. Redwine is an awesome teacher! He's very sweet and funny. There are periodic quizzes at the end of each teaching model, but they are open book (literally... it would take some serious effort to fail them). You may have some issues if you're not a morning person, but other than that, the class was worth it. :)
