Dr. Taylor is fantastic as usual. Great instructor who makes his lectures informative as well as instructive. There is a bit more reading required in this course than I am used to in most of Dr. Taylor's courses, but it is manageable even if you fall behind. The ID quizzes are hard to understand at first but the grading is usually quite fair. There is a bit of writing in this course with a 2 page and then a 6-8 page paper. Be very specific in the way that you write the paper, it makes up a large portion of your grade.

This class was interesting overall. Prof. Taylor lectures using powerpoint slides, but only puts images on each slide so you really have to pay attention. The two exams are fairly easy. They mainly just ask to use the IDs in short essay format. There is a 6-8 page paper that gets put through two 1 page draft processes. He's very meticulous about grammar and whatnot. Discussion is pretty lowkey just talking about the weekly readings which are not long or difficult. My one takeaway from the material is that the U.S. govt has f'd over the Native Americans too many times to count.
