Prof Bennett is very humorous. He has his understanding about the material, but he is also open to other interpretations. His lecture really taught me things. In terms of writing, we have to write two essays in total for this course. One is like a replacement of a midterm, the other is like our final. For the midterm paper, there is a topic, but you can choose your own topic for the final paper. He respects students' ideas in the papers. All in all, this is a great course.
