EGMT 1510

Easiest engagement of my life. Such minimal effort needed. Barely any work done. Nice professor. Little quirky tho

Definitely one of the easiest and most fun engagements. You play one short visual/story-based game and then a longer visual/dialogue game called Kentucky Route Zero. I didn't play the game and just skipped through playthroughs on YT and used those to capture clips for the final project. There are barely any assignments and he sorta just goes on tangents during class but he's really kind and you can talk to him about pretty much anything. Classes are streamed concurrently on zoom so you don't have to worry about missing class, but he's sorta difficult to hear sometimes bc its from his laptop and he tends to walk around the room. Definitely recommend this class, and you'll also get to learn more about video editing (even though davinci is basically glorified imovie..)

Take. This. Class. Prof. Ferguson is so extremely smart, nice, and understanding. This is the best and most easy-going EGMT class at UVA!!!
