This was definitely an introductory course for child growth & development. We covered a lot of topics but not in depth. Professor Palacios knows her stuff. Sometimes she can be a little hard to approach, but ultimately she appreciates student questions/interaction both in and out of class. The final assignment was a 10 page paper about a topic of your choosing relating to child development. It counts towards requirements for a few Curry programs, but students outside of Curry can/have taken this class and enjoyed it.
