By far the best professor at UVA. Even though I took this course online asynchronous he was still there on Teams all day to help. This class was very enjoyable. This was my 4th class with him I would take more with him if he offered.

Great extension of 3010 for math nerds. The course is high paced, but take home exams and constant resources (videos, solutions, messaging on Teams) makes this class manageable. Overall, this class just makes you feel like an economist for the first time. Dynamic programming is a main topic in the course, so some people have referred to this class as a prep for econ grad school. I guess it checks out? All I know is that the content often felt overwhelming but Professor Santugini of course found a way to make it work.
