This class is amazing. Even if you aren't interested in SSD, take this class. I cannot recommend it enough. Beling is fantastic. He explains everything in an simple, easy to understand way, even though the actual topics covered are extremely complicated. He is a great guy to talk to during office hours too. Not much work is required for this class. No reading, one weekly homework, and 3 exams. The entire class is based off a textbook, but it isn't strictly needed. I found a free PDF that I downloaded, and it helped me a lot to have it.

This man is a legend, take him! The class is kind of hard if you actually wanna learn - it has a quantum physics chapter, but the homework and exams are take-home, so as long as you read the notes you are good. I wish they had more undergraduate classes like this

Great professor! Very nice and helpful if you go to office hours or ask questions in class. Homeworks and take-home tests take a while to understand but everything is in the lecture or book. Most people I know got an A or A-. Wish I took this class before I took Electronics.
