Professor mostly reads from the slides for the first 2/3rds of the semester so going to class isn't very important. Projects are fairly interesting, especially the last one on machine learning (Naive Bayes, Decision Trees, Neural Nets). Just read slides before exams and start a couple days ahead of time on homework and it will be a worthwhile class. Great intro for AI.
