This class is a waste of time. Stone is a nice person, but he is not great at explaining things. This class really does not teach you anything at all. I was hoping to learn some practical technical like Excel, but half of this class was Java coding that was useless because of poor lesson plans. This class wasn't really an easy A either because it just felt like a burden. I wish I could've said good things about it, but there were no reviews before I took it, and I want people to know this class is not worth taking. Take intro to CS instead cause at least you'll learn actual coding w/ Python. If you're trying to learn Excel or something, just teach it to yourself because for whatever reason we didn't even use Microsoft because Stone doesn't know UVA gives us Microsoft programs for FREE
