A true researcher, not great at explaining difficult concepts. He assigns a lot of reading, skim it if you dare, it's still going to be hard to understand no matter what. He's a pretty dry lecturer, but posts his powerpoint slides before class. Worth reading them / printing and bringing to class, although he doesn't really drive home the main takeaways that he expects you to understand for the exams. Only took this class because valuation was full.
