Knippen is fine. Pretty easygoing although she does grade the first memo pretty harshly, and expectations can be a little unclear. Most people get taken aback by the reading load, but it's pretty manageable. For the case studies and articles, get the main takeaways and move on. For the frameworks (readings that aren't case studies or news articles), highlight/understand how the framework works and move on. For the final, just do it early, don't leave it till the last minute and you should be fine.
