First of all, this class feels like an oasis in the desert that is Chemical Engineering, Professor Unnerstall makes all the concepts within process safety so easy to understand and this is coming from an international student point of view. During your time at UVA, I think its a must for you to take his class because the stuff that you see in class is that stuff that you will see after graduating, and professor unnerstall is very fun to be around and he's very keen on letting the students understand the concepts. The class was based on 1 final take-home exam and 6 homework's, and semi-weekly guest speaker reflection papers which were not that hard to complete and professor Unnerstall is one of the nicest graders around UVA chemical engineering!(no cap). Overall, take his class, you will not regret it!
