Wormington is my favorite professor and he leads the discussions in class superbly. When I took this my grade was based on questions assigned based on readings as well as a final project where I made up my own questions and answers for a disease/articles of my choice. Not a lot of busy work.. do have to come to class though!

Professor Wormington was very well suited to teach this class, and it made up for any problems I may have had with him while taking cell bio. The class was largely discussion based, with both group work and class-wide aspects. If you have an interest in biomed research or going into industry or academia, I would definitely take this class!

Professor Wormington is the man! After taking Cell with him I knew that I wanted to take another class from him. He is so knowledgeable about the subject and is just a great person. Class was discussion based and we read articles each week and analyzed them in groups. Professor did a fantastic job of facilitating a class discussion. Overall a very chill environment and I would highly recommend this class to someone, regardless of their year or the number of biology classes you have taken!
