The class is mostly Observations that can be tricky if you have no idea what to look for. The easiest thing to do is prepare for lab for an hour before you go. Prof. Whittle is a good guy, his lectures can be quite boring as it is a two hour block, but he does try to engage you. The biggest problem is getting your labs done before the clouds ruin the observing.
