This class is going to be harder than your average intro class to fulfill a discipline. It is a lottt of content. The way participation is graded means you do have to show up, and it is a hard class if you are not interested in the subject. You can get an A if you try. Prof. Muhammed is very very passionate and fun and helpful.

Took this class just to get a ged ed requirement out of the way, but it the policies of the class made it kinda hard. Most of your grade comes from three quizzes, so you really have to study for those. However, many of the quiz questions were repeats from the homework, so practice those and you should be fine. Professor Mohamed was so nice and passionate about the subject, and her office hours were really helpful. The observatory lab is cool too. Overall, really study for the three quizzes. There is no final exam.
