Seriously, try to avoid this guy. He is smart, yes, but can't teach. He goes super fast too. I took probability already and completely understood it but he has completely confused me.The homework on minitab isn't bad though.

Bad class. Don't suffer if you don't have to take this course. certian majors allow you to take MATH3100 instead of APMA3100. do it if you can! This class was not worth the effort, I didn't udnerstand anything even when I went to all the classes

Guadagni is a nice guy, but this is just such dull material. I'm not sure he's particularly good at conveying how things work to his class. Don't take if you don't have to, obviously, but if you do... be proactive, I guess.

Don't take this if it isn't required.

Guadagni is a pretty good lecturer; everything he does in class is straight out of the book, though, so I didn't find going to class all that helpful. The tests are pretty hard, but I think he gives a pretty generous curve at the end.

extremely difficult class. weekly quizzes and pretty easy but the tests are impossible. the averages were always extremely low. he made the final pretty easy (old exam questions) to help boost the average. fair professor and probably one of the best (if not the best) APMA 310 professors. take it from him if you have to take this class. don't suffer though this class unless you have to.

The probability that Guadagni is the best 310 teacher is close to 1. he took a difficult class and made it so people could get decent grades. the weekly quizzes (fridays) are the only real imortant thing along with the weekly homework. you could miss lecture and do the homeworks and still get a 10 on the quiz. the quizzes are graded easily bc the midterm avg is like a 60 no higher. you get to drop 3 homeworks and 2 quizzes, but make sure you do the homeworks bc they are graded harshly, and the qizzes keep youi afloat so get 10's on them. the final is hard, but he gave us 1/2 of the questions that would be on it before we took it (from old quizzes and tests). take guadagni he's the best of the bunch
