The quizzes never really reflected the actual exams so you have to rely pretty heavily on the book and homework. I thought I knew clac going in but was a little shocked with how much I didn't know

Fulgham is a really cool guy, he tries to make class entertaining and is willing to help you if you ask. His slides are really helpful, and he puts them on collab.

Fulgham teaches really dry, and also from slides which makes note-taking pretty difficult. He is as boring as mentally capable, and the HW sets can get real annoying. The tests cover everything, but are passable if you study and pay attention in class.

Fulgham is a decent professor. He presents the material in a straightforward and understandable way. Don't expect much in the way of personality though. As with any other APMA class, you'll probably be referred to your TA for help.

Fulgham is not a very clear professor. I went to class everyday and took good notes but actually did worse than I had in high school after getting a 5 on the AB exam. Not very approachable either seeing that his eyes are blood red, closer to cyclops.

Class averages on quizes and tests usually ranged from 60-70, rarely/if ever going beyond 70. Homework is never checked, but expect a quiz most days of class covering 1 or 2 problems from the previous nights homework. His grading is tough, but the final semester grade is curved.

Fulgham writes a lot on the board and does many examples, but his teaching style is quite dry. The exams are fair, but cover everything. If put some effort into the problem sets then the exams will be easier
