I loved this class SO much! I took both this class and her AAS 3810 one this semester and these two were honestly the reason I declared AAS as my second major. There are video discussion boards due twice a week, but they were usually under a minute of responses between the super interesting readings and videos we had each week. Theres also a midterm and a final, but if you've done the work then it shouldn't be hard. There are also 3 podcast episodes throughout the semester that you do on a topic of your choice where you basically just talk about a research article you found on the topic. Highly recommend this class, I absolutely loved it!
